Oh how much does each young family have to do to get ready for the Christmas and new year festivities these days?  We have the summer holidays which are happy, jolly and expensive affairs.  Home we come, get ready for school – new uniform ordered and labelled up.  Half term holiday in October brings the first thrill- it’s just in front of Halloween.  This is the best possible treat for kids – they literally have to have the pumpkin – ready to cut out the face and make a spooky lantern with.  Then if Mum’s ok, we get costumes for Trick or Treat night.   Then after all that excitement, we have bonfire night on 5th November.  After these we lead  up 6 weeks later to Christmas.  Mammoth clean up needed in advance.  Get that professional cleaner on board early – they’ll make a fantastic job of blitzing the areas you need doing most.   Well worth their fee!
