When we talk about serviced offices, certaily here in the UK, we are meaning fully furnished workspaces.  These will generally include building management services and other facilities such as printing and copying;  wash rooms with full janitorial team so that visitors are able to attend meetings and the host will know that they will be clean and fully staffed.  Also provided within a serviced office package are communual rest rooms with coffee/tea supplied and properly managed.   It will also mean that the main offices and public facing areas are kept pristine and attractive to would be clients and associates.  Nothing makes a new contact feel apprehensive or wary about persuing business more than when they visit and find the contact only has a back bedroom office or a shed at the back to a parking lot!  Serviced officws to cost money to hire/lease but the ability to pitch at the right level and hold the firm’s name up is ciritical, particularly if a newbie start up just making their next move up the ladder.
